Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your CrunchPantry set. If you are not, we will refund you.

30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full.

How to request a refund. Email support@crunchpantry.com with your order number and a sentence about what was wrong. We will confirm by email and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Popped or damaged pieces. Squishies are soft toys. If a piece arrives popped or split, or splits in normal play within 30 days, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no charge either way.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email us as soon as you can and we will stop it if it has not gone out yet.
